There is this grumpy old man that is a policy holder of ours and he has a rather dry since of humor. I personally never know to take him seriously or to laugh....He came in one day upset because he did not get his ID cards. The receptionist was trying to joke around with him to make him laugh and I believe she may have accidently affended him instead. I was listening to their conversation in my office. He had to leave and go home real quick to get the check book because his renewal premium was due. When he came back the receptionist was in the rest room so I went up to the front to assist him. As I was entering his payment, he asked where did that other girl run off to? I said - Oh she is still here, I believe she went to the rest room... He said - "well good! Cause she is FULL of IT!!" then he laughed!! It was so funny!!
