I know that ragweed is really bad (esp. in Texas), but I also have a pretty field of goldenrod behind our house that is causing some issues.
I have heard that if you eat a teaspoon of locally produced honey a day, it should help with your allergies. Anyone ever tried this?

i do believe that works. i have tried it when nothing else seems to work - depending on how bad my allergies are. i tried that last spring and it worked!
