A few years back a good friend of mine was working for me part time at State Farm. One day I heard her getting louder and louder on the phone. She was saying "that can't be your name. What is your name really? Who is this? Is this a joke?" I got up and went to her desk to see if there was something i could help with. She then said, "no one would name their kid 'Have no name." I started waving frantically and told her to give me the phone for indeed we had a policyholder whose name was 'Havno Nam' which is pronounced 'have no name.' She was totally embarassed. Luckily, he has had this problem before and just laughed it off. I will never forget Mr. Nam.
