We have used Enterprise and were very pleased with their service.  We have alot of out of town company people come into our offices and we recommend Enterprise to them as well.

I believe Enterprise does not have enough vehicles available.  Alot of the times it has to be on a reservation basis.

Enterprise is our only option, and they never have cars either.  We need some competition to come to Ardmore, OK

Our office has had problems with Enterprise insisting that our insureds take out their insurance and then we have problems trying to get it removed. Many of our insureds are elderly and very impressionable. They don't realize that their policy will extend and wind up paying quite a bit out of pocket if we don't catch it somehow.

I reserved a car on line with Enterprise.  When I got there they had 2 vehicles for me to choose from what I had requested.   I walked in with my ID card and driver's license and was only there about 5 minutes.  :):)
