If someone were to come to you and tell you that they are getting their first job in insurance, what one piece (or more) of advice would you give them?

Learn to Multitask and create a "system" that works for you!  It is so very easy to get off track of what you were working on when a new call comes in or when a customer walks in the door.  Great Customer service is so very important in this business and once you have your system in place not only is multitasking and organization easier, the customer service part is so much easier too.

never be afraid to ask questions - if you are not 100% sure of the answer, just ASK.  This prevents a lot of mistakes from taking place.
