I've already noticed that members who sign up using a State Farm email are not getting their confirmation email, which prevents them from being a member.

If this is what is happening to you, you can get a free email account through Yahoo or MSN, and register using that email address.

Or, you may email me and I will add you to the member list using a generic email address. The only downside of this option is you will not receive an email if someone sends you a Private Message, or if someone replies to your post.

It's up to you, I wish things were different with State Farm spam filters. Some of you have told us you get email all the time for non-insurance related companies, but for some reason, cannot get email from us. It's something we've struggled with for a long time, but cannot overcome it.

Email me if you want me to add you manually. Send email to jtoney@ultimatestaff.net You must email me your:
  1. Name
  2. Desired Username
  3. Password
(note that your username and password may be separate from your UltimateStaff login, but to keep things simple, I would make it the same if I were you, especially if you are unable to get email from this forum).

Thanks,
Jennifer

Thanks to Tammy Pearce for suggesting the Classifieds section. You can find it under the Member Area!

Way to go Tammy!

Has anyone contaced any of the glass shops, body shops, or restoration companies in our town to sponsor the ultimate staff website?  The only company listed on your web page who is nationally known is Hertz.

We have our "Success Stories" section to help members see what has worked for them, but I can see how a New Business Lead resource would be great to have. I think that if members can share what has worked for them, we could put together some of the best ideas and post them. OR, we could add a section on the forums.

I like that better, less effort and the same result. In fact...let me do that now....

Okay, there is now a new topic under Career Resources where those just starting out in the business can ask questions and the veterans can post ideas on how to generate new business leads. I know you all must have some great ideas!!
